Help your calendar users self-book within guidelines by providing instructions in the About box. The About box is a small text box in the left sidebar of the calendar (shown in browser only; not visible in the Teamup app). By providing clear instructions and any helpful reference points or contact info here, self-booking users can easily access this information as needed.
Examples of booking guidelines
Self-booking calendars can be used in a variety of scenarios. Team members can request PTO, schedule travel or work-from-home days, or book meeting rooms. Groups can book use of shared resources or community spaces. Club members can reserve use of facilities and equipment. Make things easier for users by sharing how-to steps, booking limitations, or helpful info like a contact number.
