Scaleable Sub-Calendars
Sub-calendars form the structure of Teamup.
They’re flexible and powerful, with unique capabilities so you can design a shared calendar that works for you and grows with you.
Design a calendar structure that works for you
How sub-calendars work
When you create a new Teamup calendar, you create a master calendar. The master calendar contains sub-calendars. These color-coded calendars can represent whatever you need to organize or schedule: people, resources, jobs, projects, categories, and so on. You can organize everything in one place, building the structure you need from simple to complex.

Organize at scale
Organize calendars in nesting folders to create a custom hierarchy. Scale up to dozens or even hundreds of sub-calendars.
Focus and find
Focus on what matters by controlling which sub-calendars are visible. Find information quickly with color-coding and sub-calendar filters.
Manage and delegate
Manage efficiently by customizing which sub-calendars each user can access. Delegate securely with granular permissions and one-to-many events.
