Growth Marketing Director
We are looking for an experienced growth marketer to join our team.

Teamup was founded in 2014 in Switzerland to simplify how groups organize and schedule activities with people and resources, such as booking shared rooms for meetings organized by various people, using a simple calendar interface without login to an account. Over the last decade, Teamup has evolved into a powerful platform enabling organizations of all sizes to streamline business operations and simplify communication about people whereabouts, resource availability, work schedules, and information sharing across organizational boundaries and time zones. We serve over 5 million monthly visitors from more than 150 countries. 4 million calendars have been created and 1.7 billion events have been added to Teamup Calendars.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Director to help reach Teamup’s market potential of tens of millions of groups and organizations that may benefit from the Teamup solutions. The role reports directly to the CEO and is the primary marketing liaison to the product team. As a hands-on individual contributor, the Growth Marketing Director will be working closely with the management team and orchestrating contributions from other team members in go-to-market activities, identifying growth channels and executing strategies that leverage our product strengths and the viral energy of our existing customer base.
Successful candidates will demonstrate multiple years of demand generation and product marketing success in a high-growth SaaS environment. We seek individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, aspirational and action-oriented, a passion for bringing simplicity and efficiency to groups, the ability to understand change inertia and communicate effectively across diverse organizational contexts.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product-led growth marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership quality, strategic, adaptable, growth mindset,
- Ease with taking responsibility for results not just initiatives. Intrinsically motivated.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business operations and information flow.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques. Resourceful, hands-on, agile to learn and adapt.
- Excellent skills and track-record in copywriting, messaging, and SEO.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity inherent in an unconventional operating environment with numerous nuances.
- Creative problem-solving and project management skills.
