This series of screen shots shows all major screens of the Teamup Calendar service. Note that all screens are shown in reduced size.

 

1) Wizard To Create a New Teamup Calendar

A wizard is available to guide you in three simple steps through the process of creating a new instance of Teamup Calendar. No registration or payment is needed for the standard version.

 

2) Weekly View

The main application screen looks and behaves like a calendar application. On the left side, all available calendar resources are listed. There is a daily view, a weekly view and a monthly view.

 

3) Monthly View

This screen shot shows the monthly view of reservations. Note the "Settings" button in the right corner of the toolbar. This button opens the application configuration forms.

 

4) General Settings

The General Settings form allows you to configure basic application settings.

 

5) Identity Configuration

The Identity form enables you to customize the look of the application header. Logo, title and colors can be modified to match your Web site design or your preferences.

 

6) Calendars Configuration

On the Calendars form multiple calendars can be created and configured. These calendars represent additional resources.

 

7) Sharing Configuration

The Sharing form is used to create and configure secret links to your instance of Teamup Calendar. Four different permission levels can be applied to a link. The number of  links is not limited.
